The Princess Sarah Nile Cruise cancellation policy depends on when you cancel:

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund, excluding bank fees.
• 15-29 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 business days. Holiday bookings and special offers may have different cancellation terms.

Currency & Pricing

• All Princess Sarah Nile Cruise prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments can also be made in Euros (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP) based on the exchange rate on the payment date.
• Your cruise price is secured once the required deposit has been paid.
• Christmas, New Year, and Easter departures may include an additional holiday supplement.

Booking & Payment Policy

Booking your Princess Sarah Nile Cruise is simple. Once your dates and cabin are confirmed, the following payment terms apply:

Standard Departures

• 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 70% is due at least 15 days before arrival in Egypt.

Holiday Departures

• 50% deposit is required for Christmas, New Year, and Easter sailings.
• The remaining 50% is due 15 days before arrival.

The Princess Sarah is a Nile cruise ship offering 4-day and 5-day sailings between Aswan and Luxor, with full-board dining, guided tours to all the major sites, and comfortable cabins with modern amenities.

You can choose between a 4-day / 3-night cruise sailing every Friday from Aswan, or a 5-day / 4-night cruise sailing every Monday from Luxor or even more days if you like.
